ATT Reverse Osmosis Technology
Reverse Osmosis (RO) Technology
Reverse Osmosis is a widely used membrane-based purification process. By applying high pressure on the feed side of the membrane, water is forced through to the permeate side (product water), while the majority of dissolved salts, particles, organic molecules, bacteria, viruses, pyrogens, heavy metals, and other contaminants are retained and discharged as concentrate. To meet higher purity requirements, the system can be further integrated with secondary RO, EDI (Electrodeionization), and polishing resin technologies to remove trace ions and impurities, achieving ultrapure water quality.
Key Features & Advantages:
Fouling Resistance & Long-Term Filtration
Utilizes industry-leading Dow FilmTec membranes or premium domestic alternatives, combined with unique chemical-free anti-scaling and bacteriostatic technology to enhance flux and significantly extend membrane service life.
Self-Developed Automatic Control
Standard equipped with integrated CIP (Clean-In-Place) system for online membrane cleaning.
Optional remote monitoring available.
Intelligent startup/shutdown flushing design prevents static scaling.
Modular & Standardized Integration
Designed with standardization and modularity for reduced failure rates and plug-and-play operation on site.
Real-Time Water Quality Monitoring
Includes online meters for key parameters such as feed/product water conductivity and pH, ensuring visible treatment performance.
Hygienic Design & Assembly
Process piping layout, welding quality, and material selection fully comply with sanitary standards.
